TALLER ELOI. jewelry SCHOOL.

Since 2013, we have been teaching jewelry both as a craft and as an artistic tool.

We believe jewelry is a powerful medium of communication.

Students at Taller Eloi receive the technical and creative tools needed to develop their own artistic language—one that takes shape in objects made to exist in relation to the body.

WE OFFER AN OPEN SPACE FOR LEARNING, EXPERIMENTATION, AND EXCHANGE.

Alongside our training—through the School Program, regular courses, and workshops led by key figures in contemporary jewelry—we also generate projects that help students gradually enter the broader world of our discipline.

Tutorships

with Jimena Ríos

ONE-ON-ONE ZOOM SESSIONS

Biweekly

The tutoring sessions support creative processes that require an external perspective, conceptual structure, or cohesion between pieces. We work on clarifying the meaning of the body of work, its references, and its context, while establishing goals and timelines that allow the work to be shared with others.

STUDENT EXPERIENCE

“Taller Eloi is one of my favorite places in the world. I came in to learn jewelry-making techniques and found so much more than that. I was able to expand my artistic universe and experiment with different materials and techniques in order to find my own language. I found a wonderful group of friends, and we shared exhibitions, trips, projects, and many great moments. When I arrive at Eloi, I forget everything else — it’s my happy place. I am a proud Eloier.”

“With the generous and attentive guidance of Jimena Ríos, I found not only the tools to create, but also the confidence to discover my own voice as an artist. Sharing this journey with such talented peers is a gift, a true privilege. Each one brings their own perspective and sensitivity, making the experience truly unique. Eloi is a place I love, and I am deeply grateful to be part of it.”
“I discovered Taller Eloi more than ten years ago, and I stayed. I not only learned (and continue to learn) everything related to jewelry, but it also allowed me to reconnect with my identity as an artist. All of this was made possible thanks to the wise guidance and the attentive, generous, and respectful perspective of Jimena Ríos. In addition, I am surrounded by incredible artists with whom we enrich one another. We share friendship, art, work, travel, and projects… At Eloi, I am always happy.”
